Vintage British Solid Wood Armoire Top from Hatcher & Sons, Ltd located in Tauton, UK. Hatcher and Sons is one of the UK's oldest department store dating back to 1775 and still makes very fine homegoods. I'm unsure if they make furniture like this anymore since they moved on to more modern appliances, electronics, and bedframes. This top is meant to connect two smaller armoires to create one unit. It has crown molding on top and some beautiful inlay on the front side. It would make a fun part of a project to make and unique lighting shade for a bathroom vanity?
