He was a renowned art teacher for years after emigrating to the US after WWII. This piece is an original on canvas titled "Taos Pueblo" which is exactly what it's depicting, the historic Taos Pueblo in New Mexico which has been around since the 13th century. Shows the upkeep to keep this ancient site maintained. Signed by artist on bottom right corner.
