Vintage Lavery Co. hanging light with slag glass and clear glass panels. This takes one regular bulb in the center and 6 candle size bulbs. There is a little switch in the center that allows you to control which combination of bulbs light up. There is about 5' of chain, not included in measurements listed. Though we were able to light it up in house, we recommend a full test prior to installation. 

One of the slag glass panels has cracked, though it seems to be in no danger of falling out. One candle bulb does not light up. Price reflects damage.
