MCM Lane Waterfall Chest

A waterfall style hope chest by Lane, with beautiful untreated and aromatic cedar on the inside. The face is a combination of multiple wood varieties, we think- our thought is that the top is a light walnut, with the front face being mahogany with a dark walnut inlay on the edges. This beaut is in fantastic shape for its age- and because it's a Lane, this baby has some of its original documentation inside that tells us it was manufactured in February of 1940.
