A stylish art deco radio made by Zenith circa 1946! This is the AM-only broadcast model No.6G001Y, and here's a page where you can read about it if you like that sorta thing! This unit seems to be working as intended (at least when plugged in - battery unit looks like maybe a later restoration but is untested), picked up our local AM stations just fine after a minute to warm up. The carry case is in pretty good shape after 80 years, with just a few minor fiber losses here and there. This piece is perfect for an AM-head, or a great head start for someone looking to further restore it!
