New, old stock (probably from the early '70's), Hollywood Regency style electrical wall plate for a light switch & duplex outlet. Made by American Tack & Hardware Co. Model 60 TD AB (antique brass finish). Packaging is frayed a bit, but plate has never been installed and screws are included.
