I believe this unrestored No. 9 cast iron skillet was made by Wagner (the little triangle where the bottom of the handle meets the pan). Has a heat ring and just the look of the bottom makes me think it's from the arc logo period, but I could be wrong. Seems to sit flattish--maybe a little wobble. If you just need a lightish weight vintage skillet to cook in without restoring, this could be a good option. I'd wash it good and maybe put a light coat of oil on the interior and cooking surface and use it, but that's me ready for some bacon and eggs.
