A big set of three panes of massive security glass set into a big wooden frame. The glass is the type you'd see in a public school (after all, we did pull it from a public school), with the steel wire running through it. The glass is also fancy and obscured, I've seen it referred to as "Arctic style." It did come from a middle school, so there's a bit of graffiti with either chalk or paint markers. The middle pane is also cracked- you don't have to worry about it falling out with the steel wire, but the price reflects the condition.
