Vintage Fir School Cabinet

This vintage fir cabinet was salvaged from Aki Kurose Middle School in Rainier Valley, and features an intriguing design, as I was unable to 100% determine what the upper portion of the cabinet was used for exactly. It has an open face at the top half that has two flat shelves and two angled shelves that were used to display or hold something, not sure. Lower half has 7 drawers with aged brass pulls.
