Antique Arts and Crafts Quartersawn Oak Hall Robe

$ 395.00

A fabulous early 20th century quartersawn oak "hall robe" (a.k.a. single door wardrobe), thoughtfully crafted in the arts and crafts style with art nouveau and gothic influences. Hand carved features like the floral diamond centerpiece, fluted rail, and studded borders do just what the arts and crafts movement hoped: remind you of the expertly skilled artisan behind the piece. Inside, a beveled mirror, storage shelf, and brass hooks (including a delightful spinning multihook!) make this a timelessly practical addition to any entryway or hall!

The top right trim piece needs to be reattached, and a narrow trim piece has split but could be repaired. Otherwise this piece is in beautiful condition!
