A vintage, possibly antique lithograph print of a painting attributed to Romanian artist Viktor Schramm (1865-1929). According to the label on the back, the painting is titled "Ein Fröliche Lied" (A Cheerful Song). I couldn't find any records of the painting online, but it certainly is identifiable as Schramm's work and bears great resemblance to his painting "Young Lady in a Blue Dress Holding a Hat", and unquestionably features the same model.

The print was either frame or produced by Meissner & Buch. of Liepzig, Germany; the label is marked no. 502, perhaps an edition number. The print and its gilded frame are both in great condition. Though the print is not dated, I believe it is likely pre-WWII, based on the condition and materials of the backing as well as its geographic origin.
