Absolutely stunning antique gilded mirror, we assume late 1800s given the construction and attention to detail. Frame appears to be plaster with gold leaf applied, and depicts metric tons of cherubs, musical instruments, torches, flowers, and more! The mirror itself is beautifully beveled with a thoughtful rounded bevel under the central decorative piece. A handful of small chips have come off the frame during its long life, but plaster is very friendly to glue! Has heavy duty hangers on each top corner for easy wall mounting. Came to us with a wooden crate to transport it in.
