Vintage Charles Parker Meriden Vise on Handmade Car wheel Stand. The vise opens and closes smoothly still. The vise is a Charles Parker Co. Meriden Vise from Connecticut, USA - Now that's a high quality vise right there! - and it seems to be bolted to a metal table stem which is then welded to an old car wheel to make the stand. If you hate the stand it looks like you could easily remove the vise from the stand.
