Supplier said this lot of plastic tile has been on their deck for the last ten years and covered 400 square feet. They said it's a little brittle and does get hot in the summer otherwise worked great. We're leaving most of it in the plastic bags it came in for ease of you taking it home. Let's figure the total usable square footage at 320 incase there's any damage or cut pieces.
