Cast Iron Coal Shovel

I'm not positive, but I think this smallish cast iron shovel is intended to add coal/coke to a forge. It's about the size of a fireplace shovel, but is made of cast iron and came in with a bunch of forging tongs. Looks to have a logo in the top center of the shovel pan--the letter H over the letter O maybe???
