This is a red steel industrial bin that was used to dispose of used rags that were soiled with flammable or hazardous materials. I took a courageous whiff of the bin and found there to be no smell that I could perceive. Has a foot operated mechanism to open the top. This bin has developed the patina you would expect from an industrial rag bin.
