Henry Ketting Olivier was an artist known for his landscapes with ties around the world, he was born in Indonesia, studied in the Netherlands and the United States. He was a renowned art teacher for years after emigrating to the US after WWII. This piece is an original titled "My Dear Tired Mom." A portrait of his mother looking quite tired indeed and painted in 1967 and clearly shows his love for her. Signed on bottom right corner with artist info on the back.
