Very old most likely antique print of Percy Moran's painting, The Birth of Old Glory. Painting is originally from 1917 and the print is from around that time. Shows the founding fathers gathering to watch Betsy Ross do her thing and make the first flag of America. Frame is extremely old which leads me to believe the print is old too.
