A pan-style chandelier with absolutely stunning hand blown iridescent shades and warm patinated brass finish all over. Each of the 5 lights hangs on a stately chain drop with cast brass tassels flowing into each socket fitter. The four hand blown shades are signed Quoizel, and if they are original to the fixture, it could date to the 1930s. The fixture is not signed, so I can't be 100% sure, but it's either a later reproduction or has been rewired at some point in recent history as it has relatively new sockets and polyester cord covers. It arrived with just the 4 blown shades, so I picked a pretty antique pressed glass shade in a coordinating shimmery orange from our collection to fill the gap - if it doesn't suit your taste, we might have another option around or you could hunt out in the wild for one you like! This chandy comes with an element of mystery - but that doesn't take away from its allure in the slightest.
