This black aluminum railing post pack by Century Railings includes three end posts, one corner post, a line post (between two end posts) and a half thickness wall post from their "Scenic" line. These are intended to be used with tempered glass panels for an unobstructed porch or deck view, but I bet you could do something cool with a couple of Lumicor panels! All have a 4" square mounting plate at the bottom. Check out Century's website to fill in the gaps for your project!
