Four custom made beam hangers probably fabricated at Bowman Morton Manufacturing & Machine of Seattle (according to a tag or two that's still visible on some of its mates). Guessing it was intended for use in a SALTY environment with pressure treated lumber. Seat is 3 5/8" wide x 8 5/8" tall.
