Vtg Bar Rail(?) Brackets

A stands for "attractive" in the case of these A-shaped, chrome-finished brass rail brackets circa sometime in the early 1900s! They have a stamp from Parker Hardware of NY. We're pretty sure they would've supported a foot rail under a bar, but you could use them as curtain rod brackets.
