A piece of local history--this pair of wooden patterns (used as a template in sand casting) came from a defunct foundry in Everett WA. The company had its origins in the late 1800's, & used wood templates such as this up into the mid-20th century, in the manufacture of timber industry machinery. Great stock for repurposing. Also just lovely to hang on a wall and enjoy.
