This is a partial "Blue Professional" kit from Grohe. The Blue Professional system runs on an under-sink unit that allows you to dispense filtered cold, sparkling, or unfiltered tap water all from one faucet at the touch of a button, and even connects to an app to monitor your filter efficiency and other exciting faucet specs. The system retails for nearly $4000 at Ferguson. Unfortunately, this kit does not include the dispenser unit. It may be possible to order a replacement, but I'm unsure about that, so this faucet is priced relative to the most similar non-smart faucet in Grohe's lineup, which retails for $623.

This kit includes the faucet, gooseneck weight, rough-in parts, and user guide. It appears lightly used.
