36″ Knotty Alder Exterior Door w/ Small Lites

Never installed, 36" LH swing knotty Alder Exterior door with 6 true divided lites at the top and 2 panels on bottom. Drilled for an exterior lockset. This door does have some damage on the hinge side and some damage to the veneer (will show in photo). May have some other minor cosmetic imperfections, but otherwise looks to be in good condition! Price reflects condition.
