Beautiful, vintage paper holder and cutter with a solid wood top and cast iron legs. The cast iron legs seem to have some pretty ornate designs on the feet and says The Piqua in fancy script up the side. It is missing the removable rod that the paper sits on, but this should be easily replaced with another piece of metal tubing. There is a sticker on it that says it was manufactured by The Champion Cutter and Fixture Co. in Piqua, Ohio.
