Vintage forge blower made by Oil Well Supply Co. of Pittsburgh, PA. The handle has broke off this one. The blower still turns--a little easier now that I oiled it a little. There's still about an inch of drive shaft hanging out to attach a new handle. Otherwise there's a threaded bolt and nut protruding from opposite side. Dimensions are approximate.
