Optic Glass “Gourd” Light

A fabulously fantastical vintage flush mount ceiling light! The globe is blown into a series of molds to achieve first the dimpled optical effect and then the delightful gourd shape. Even the finial and mounting cap are whimsical! (Can you tell I wish I had a place for this light in my house?) This fixture is probably circa 1960s, but we popped in a brand new socket so it's ready for install.
