Turn of the century antique glass window insert that features 176 lead divided Luxfer prism glass panes. These obscured glass pieces have a smooth wavy side and a sharper ribbed halophane side on the other. We say turn of the century because this glass contains manganese which was phased out of glass production after WWI. The manganese in the glass reacts to UV light and turns the panes purple. As they age and are exposed to more sunlight they'll continue to darken in color.

Individual panes of this glass sell online for between $5-$10 EACH. We're selling this entire window insert for $2/pane. The paint is starting to flake off so we'd recommend a pressure washer to get it all off.
