File under "good bones," we have a cute wrought iron furniture set that needs a new paint job, cushions, and a table top. The table has fun decorative leaves, of which there is one remaining on one chair. More than a little rusty, it's certainly in need of TLC, but just in time for unseasonably nice weather!
