Guessing this Midcentury two bulb ceiling light with Atomic Era flair was made in the late 50's or early 60's. The brass finish does have a little paint residue from ceiling paint jobs past, but I think it would clean up fine if it bugs you. There's plenty of light coming out of the design from Moe Lighting.
