Electric fireplace with (lightly scratched) mantel casing. Made by Amerihome. Touchscreen panel for adjusting heat and appearance of the flames. No remote but the manual is on-line for help with figuring out the temperature settings. Turned on and ran continously at 85 degrees when tested in-house.
