This well made maple rolling work table houses four Vollrath Model "Mirage Series" drop-in induction plates - three are warmers (don't reach boiling temp, have 5 warming settings) and one is a cooker(programmable by specific temp in F or C). They look to run over $700 each when new--plus you get the work table! Each of the induction plates was tested and seemed to function as it should. There MUST be a metal pan on the plate in order for the controls to be adjusted. Dimensions listed are for the table.
