Age and maker unknown, but it appears to be from the 1950's -1970's. The frame is solid walnut with brass tipped feet, and the upholstery is a black vinyl or pleather type material. Overall it's in good shape, comfortable and ready for you or a guest to pop a squat. Cosmetically the frame has light scratching from everyday use, and the fabric has two tiny tares, though I'm sure someone out there can repair it. 18" Seat height.
