’22 Rheem Electric Water Heater

Ca. Sept. 22 Rheem fifty gallon electric water heater. This came out of a working, whole house demolition project, but I'm given a little pause by the rust built up in the electrical connection cavity. I saw a photo of the pipes right above where the water heater was removed, and it looked like one of the pipes had a constant drip running down the underside of it. I'm guessing that drip dropped right on top of the electrical connection. Price reflects condition. If this had no rust spots and was only 2 1/2 years old, it would be around $295.
