Wow! This Miele built-in convection steam oven can also be used for canning, blanching, making yogurt, and disinfecting baby bottles. Has presettings for tons of different foods, and can be adjusted specifically to the shape, size, and desired tenderness of the final product, with the ability to store favorites. Comes with four stainless steel steam trays, plus one rack. Tested in house and appeared functional (though I didn't have any asparagus to see if it actually cooked it "al dente" like I selected...).
