Good beginner welder! Has been tested and appears to be functional, but with a caveat. It powers on and produces an arc, however the plastic wire feed shaft inside the welder is broken and thus priced accordingly. It can probably be fixed somewhat easily. Is model 10949. Comes with extra contact tips and a small spool of E71T-GS wire.
