Ca. 2022. The bottom sash is a tilt/turn wood window was made by HH Windows in South Park, which is where you should go to purchase hardware. The upper sash is fixed (not sure why it had a screen installed???). The latch handle (not included, once installed) has three positions. One to lock it, one to open it as a casement, and one to open as a hopper, or transom, style. I'm not sure of age, but it looks like it was never installed.
