This tilt/turn wood window was made by HH Windows in South Park, which is where you should go to purchase hardware. The latch handle (not included, once installed) has three positions. One to lock it, one to open it as a casement, and one to open as a hopper, or transom, style. I'm not sure of age, but it looks like it was never installed. The exterior is primed, CVG fir, while the interior is a clear finished maple. Photo may be representational.
