We found a crack in the glass (reflected in the price) of this tilt/turn wood window was made by HH Windows in South Park, which is where you should go to purchase hardware. The latch handle (not included, once installed) has three positions. One to lock it, one to open it as a casement, and one to open as a hopper, or transom, style. I'm not sure of age, but it looks like it was never installed. The exterior is primed, CVG fir, while the interior is a clear finished maple. The glass doesn't seem to have a broken seal (no fogging), but you might want to sit it out in the sun for a while to make sure. Otherwise, being sold as a shed grade window.
