Although there's no back on this arch top, recessed built in cabinet, it's still structurally sound. The back is easy--1/4" sheet of plywood would do the trick. This one comes with its arched trim/millwork and should look great in your wall. Bottom shelf protrudes ~8 1/4" from back.
