I don't see any makers information, and I can't tell if this is vintage or modern, but what I can tell you is it is very well made!This all steel table has a light gray powder coat paint job. There are a few areas of light surface rust, but I think they're a transfer stain from something that was resting on the table, and not damage through the paint. The hardware is all stainless steel so I'm guessing this was intended to be for a patio. Give it a scrub and I'm sure it'll be fit for use in your small apartment kitchen nook. Folded up it's 11.75" wide.
