This versatile spiral staircase features 10 steps and a handsome laminated hand rail. The steps all currently have particle board treads. These could be ditched for bare steel or replaced with something a little more inviting. The stair spacing and rise looks like it can be adjusted a little, so you have some flexibility to work with your current floor-to-landing. Height listed is for the center post.

Steps measure 37.25" from baluster to post with a max depth of 12.25". Rise currently measures 8.75".
