Striking pair of antique light duty bolt cutters by Champion Dearment, we suspect these hail from the early 20th Century, the lettering on it says '99 Right Pt. APD. For' Very old and they still function smoothly! The cutting edge is not totally crisp but we were able to cut some thin bailing wire easily.
