Big lot of Brazilian cherry (aka Jatoba) 3.25" TnG flooring. Lengths very from 1' to 7'. 300sf is a very conservative estimate - supplier said it's more like 400sf. Some surface scuffs here in there but generally in great shape. Still plenty of meat left on the planks, could withstand a few more sandings.
