Well made with heavyish steel (tube posts and balusters, channel base, & flat strap cap) railing. This one has "ears" on one end to attach to a wall or post with a foot plate near the center & opposite end. The decorative panels are cast aluminum. I believe the 5"+ gaps between the balusters is too wide to meet current code, but it's a nice looking panel. Length listed is from ear to outside edge of opposite foot plate.
