I'm guessing this Roos "Sweetheart" cedar chest with walnut veneer exterior was made in the 1950's. It's missing its front latch button and shows a fair amount of cosmetic wear from use, but still a functional piece that could shine with a good cleaning and rub down with a furniture polish of your choice. I removed the catch on the door, so it opens without having to find a small round rod to push in the latch. It's in a small bag in the trunk.
