This desk is like the ones they put in college dorms that were actually cool. It's constructed from solid oak and is sturdier than heck. The top is extra deep with a lip around the back, giving you ample space to put your three drinks, laptop, notepad and so much more without fear that something will slip behind and into another dimension. It's got plenty of drawers for storage as well as a pull out writing tray for when you need just a tad more space. The drawers all have cool, geometric pulls. The top is showing some minor wear but not much beyond a slightly faded finish.
