A relic from the early days of modern shopping, this is a Model W Victor Adding Machine. It defnitely needs some restoration work if you plan to use it. This is a Series 5, not quite at the point of adding electricity to the equation, and seems to have been manufactured in 1943, according to this website and its serial number, 322371.
