Ok, this was definitely used as a work bench previously, but moving forward it has the potential to be a really, really incredible kitchen island. The black steel base is constructed from rounded posts and angle iron, making it sturdy enough to withstand anything you throw at it. It comes with two drawers for storage and has space below for an extra shelf if you want a bit of additional storage space. The center, shared glide for the drawers needs to be reattached, but once you do that and swap out the weathered boards for a butcher block and you'll be in business! The base on its own measures 60"W x 28.5"D x 31.25"H.
